CECO Ltd is a Minneapolis (Savage), MN based company whose mission is to become the largest supplier of rental Rough Terrain Cranes in the Twin Cities Metro area and the Upper Midwest represented by Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, and the Dakotas while maintaining a profitable business of buying and selling cranes around the world. The company's strategy is to be the Lowest Total Cost solution for its customers and to increase the number of customers using us as their Supplier of Choice through an Operational Excellence value strategy. Additionally, the company will operate a specialized Crane Service focusing on Boom Trucks in the 30—40 ton class.

We organize, measure and manage our company using a specific Strategic Process that we’ve designed. It enables us to know quickly what is influencing our ability to achieve the results we want and make adjustments in appropriate areas while minimizing guesswork and luck.

Since 1988 CECO Ltd has been a Construction Equipment Dealer in the Minneapolis Metro area. In 2002 we had taken our company through a re-engineering process focused on a strategy of offering products and services that “lift loads and lift people”
